Born in Moline, Illinois, James was introduced to photography, computers, and electronics at an early age. These interests stuck with him and guided him towards a career in the entertainment industry. The creative aspect of camerawork has always been his primary focus, but he has developed many technical skills in stagecraft over the years, including lighting, electrics, sound, editing, and drone work. Recently, he has been studying technologies used in virtual production and has applied his skills to major Hollywood titles.
James owns his own production company providing video, photography, and post-production services to clients in Southern California and around the country.
